Privacy

Àlex Olivé Pérez, running GradientWall from Tarragona (Spain). Contact: alexoliveperez@gmail.com.

What we keep: your email, the spot of the site where you signed up (Studio or footer), the wording you saw next to the button, and the date.

Why: to tell you about new packs and Studio features, now and then.

Legal basis: your consent. You give it by submitting the form.

How long: until you unsubscribe. Write to alexoliveperez@gmail.com and we remove you.

Packs are sold on our Etsy shop. Etsy takes the payment, delivers the files and handles your order under its own privacy policy. We only see the order details Etsy shares with sellers, and use them only to help with that order.

Supabase (database, in the EU) stores the email list. Netlify hosts the site and runs the functions that receive the form. Etsy handles purchases. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

You can ask for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, and you can object or withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to alexoliveperez@gmail.com. Withdrawing does not affect what we did before.

If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority: aepd.es.

We count visits with Umami, which uses no cookies and keeps no personal data: only which page was opened, where the visit came from, the browser and country, and a few clicks (downloading a wallpaper, opening Etsy, joining the list). Nothing is stored on your device and nothing identifies you.

The Studio saves your favourites in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device.
